  Horrible customer service by who seemed to be the manager and horrible results on my nails. I was charged $10 just to take off my current nail polish I applied myself and they told me they charge if you didn't get your nails done there...it took them 45 minutes just to take off the gel which is ridiculous since every other place (including doing myself) doesn't take more than 20/25 max. It took me 2 1/2 hours to get gel mani/pedi and then my nails were already chipping that day, the clear gel wasn't even fully covering my nails and they didn't do the edging on the tips that everyone else does...horrible experience and would never recommend them to anyone. The groupon wasn't worth it. The only good part was that the lady doing my nails was really nice but for $75 I need to get my nails redone within 3 days.

  The worst manicure I've ever had. The person who did my nails had to walk away several times to hock up a lung every 10 minutes a few feet away. It was uncomfortable as I could tell she was sick and I didn't know what to say in order to have her stop touching my hands. They don't use foil to take off gel nail that is already on your nails. Instead they use these little rubber reusable finger tip things that are dirty and have obviously been used numerous times. I was extremely grossed out from the start. The only reason I went was because I was looking for a place near work and it came up on my google search. Then when she start to cut and file she nicked my actual finger almost every single nail she cut. She barely did a thing to my cuticles and did not use any type of solution they usually use at regular nail salons. She just threw some water on them and started painting. While she was painting each nail, she was trying to hold each finger steady. In order for her to do this, she dug her nails into my finger. I kept making an uncomfortable face and would inch away but it just continued. I was patiently just waiting for it to be over. Then as we were almost done her and I believe the owner wouldn't stop talking to each other extremely loudly in a language I did not understand. I found that to be very rude as the person doing my nails was paying even less attention to my nails. This was followed by the girl doing my nails picking up a phone call and talking with someone as she literally threw a small splash of alcohol on an already used napkin to wipe off my gel nails. I noticed multiple air bubbles and lots of polish around my nails on my fingers. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. Then I was charged 27 dollars from which I was told was a discount from the regular 35. This was the first time I have EVER not tipped. If I had to sum it up, terrible service, terrible quality, and high prices.
